Subject:  H1N1 Virus, No Hand Shaking Policy Request

 

To Whom It May Concern:

 

 The H1N1 Virus, being a topic of everyone’s conversation, and due to the concerns that we have all been subjected to on the radio, TV, newspapers, and even the internet, J.F. Fredericks Tool Co., Inc. is in the process of implementing a Flu Pandemic Plan.  Included in our Plan is this request to limit physical contact to try and prevent the possibility of spreading the virus.

 

 With your help and with this in mind we would like to inform our customers, vendors, and our suppliers that as a general practice, we will no longer be greeting you with a hand shake. We hope that this will not come off as being rude or impolite in anyway; this is just to help not spread any infectious illnesses.  If in fact we have an out-break in our facility we will notify our customers, vendors, and our suppliers to assure all that this will not affect our day to day business proceedings in any way, shape, or form.  We are making our commitment to do our best to protect our employees, customer concerns, as well as our outside visitors.
