Manufacturing Engineering

Upon acceptance of the contract, manufacturing engineering begins developing the production process. Drawings and customer specifications are reviewed for the finest of details.

• Material is specified.
  
• Manufacturing personnel and the CNC Programmers are involved.
  
• Process and tooling are identified and created.
  
• The process is documented on a computer based Router/Traveler system and drawn in SolidWorks.
  
• To aid our customers in sharing information vital to the manufacture of a part, we can download information by the use of uni-graphics.
  
• All of this activity is done rapidly with the awareness of the customer's needs, both immediate and long term.
